You will also need 200 Trade Contracts + 20 gold to buy it from Drojkor, Spirit Squall. Complete the heart to get him to sell it to you.
The portal you need to go through is located in the northeastern corner of the Desolation. It is found just east from the Silent Vale and Kormir’s statue.
