Jan 5, 2009. #1. my fiat doblo key remote has stopped working and i only have 1 key. i can still get into the car and drive but cant unlock the doors with the remote button, its a single button job and fiat want £150 for a key £50 to recode and £25 for all the information, key code , key no ect as i have lost mine !!
Feb 7, 2008. #8. Reciever costs £250, a new key is approx £40. You can reprogram your immobilsor chip yourself and code the new key to the receiver yourself. Its just whether you want to pay £290 for a standard alarm to work or just pay £150-£250 for a toad alarm fitted which is thatcham1 approved. I don't think you can manually lock the front passenger door when its open. You need to shut the door and then lock it from inside. As a short term fix, if you can get the passenger door locked this way, you could then disable the central locking by removing its fuse, and lock the driver's door from outside with the key. P.

Try, I don't know if this will work (it does for Astra mk4) put the key into the ignition and turn untill everything lights up, but don't start the engine, then press lock, unlock and open boot. I know it was commonly used to 're-sync' the astra keys. worth a shot before an expensive trip to fiat
No the CODE is no use in pre programming a key. The data has to be read from the body computer. Plenty of people that can sort that for you. Search for Fiat all keys lost. Remote working around £150 is the going rate. Mechanical key to start the car around £80. Clone key if you can get your working around £40. OP. P.
Jun 17, 2010. #1. I took my car with both keys to a Fiat main dealer this morning. The problem is that the main key, the one with the remote buttons only locks and unlocks, it wont actually start the car. I was advised by various people that it needed to be reprogrammed. So I get to the dealer and I am told that its £34 to get the code for the cTBkVvr.
